PLANNING

Planning oversight is offered at many levels from researching standards, codes, and ordinances to comprehensive property planning to the phases of the construction process. A project narrative, unique to each project, results from a thorough understanding of each client’s values & wishes. In essence, the project narrative reflects the owner’s values & wishes and is assembled to guide the whole process to its conclusion.

ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN

Our design studio prepares hand-sketched perspective and digital or physical models that allow for your careful review. Regular presentations to the client clarifies the design process, engages the client’s active participation, and results in a collaborative effort that addresses the project narrative.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

We offer our clients guidance throughout the entire process. From concept to design to the completion of construction, we manage expectations and coordinate builders & consultants.  We monitor the project and quality from beginning to end.
